Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable retainer fee of %50 of your services is required to secure your appointment.This covers admin, appointment allocation,and all prep work required for your appointment.This amount is not deducted from any future refunds and is retained in all circumstances. This is to respect my time and my other clients that want to book the same time but can't .I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and you may need to reschedule your appointment. I kindly require notice at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service amount scheduled. I may respectfully decline any future appointments with anyone who no-call, no-shows.
